Jewelery care

Jewelery care

Betty Bogaers jewelry is handmade. The jewelry is made of 925 sterling silver and gold plated on 925 sterling silver. Because the jewelery is made of valuable precious metal, we recommend treating it with care so that you can enjoy it for a long time. We advise you to avoid contact with water, moisture, perfume, make-up, body lotion and to take off the jewelery while sleeping, showering, swimming, etc. to maintain the original colour. If you are not wearing the jewelry, we recommend storing it in a moisture-free dark environment to prevent discoloration.

If, despite good care, something goes wrong with your piece of jewelry, please let us know by email: customerservice@bettybogaers.com We would like to receive a brief explanation of what is going on with a photo to illustrate and the date of purchase.

Have fun wearing!
